Six questions with…

. . .

Htet Htet Naing, Account Executive, Myanmar

How do you describe your job to family and friends?

I help clients (companies, organisations or products) raise their brand awareness among the public through creative and informative ways.

What attracted you to RICE?

Being part of a small group of smart people who are able to cover a broad range of projects in a professional way, and having a workplace without any drama attracted me to the culture at RICE.

Favourite RICE memory so far?

Working on Yangon Pride by &Proud is one of my favourite memories from my initial days at RICE. Yangon Pride was held in January 2019, comprising activities including a boat parade to raise awareness of the LGBTIQ community in Myanmar.

It was extremely meaningful for me to be part of the conversation on LGBT rights, helping to foster greater understanding and awareness of the LGBTIQ community, while creating stronger links within the community and Myanmar society.
